THE FREE WRECKERLINK PUBLIC APP
WreckerLink is free for the public to use. Open it from any phone, request towing or roadside assistance, and stay connected from your first request through your driver’s arrival—without creating an account or downloading anything.
HELP WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK
Choose the help you need, share your location, describe your vehicle, and send the request. WreckerLink finds nearby participating tow trucks across its network—not just one towing company—so the closest available help can respond.

Yes. When your driver begins the trip, the status screen can show the truck’s latest location, road distance, and estimated arrival.

The ETA is a road-route estimate that refreshes as the driver moves. Traffic, road closures, weather, and other conditions can change the actual arrival time.
You receive a service-call number and a live status screen. WreckerLink uses your pickup location to reach nearby available drivers across its network of participating towing companies, helping connect you with the closest available tow truck—regardless of which company operates it. When a driver sends an estimate, a five-minute acceptance countdown begins and that driver is held for your request. If you accept within five minutes, the driver confirms the job and starts toward your location. You can then see the assigned driver and truck and follow the live location, road distance, and estimated arrival. If the five minutes expire, the driver is released to receive other requests. A late acceptance can still be offered to that driver if the driver remains available; otherwise, WreckerLink will look for another nearby driver and the new price may be different. If you decline the estimate, the request is released and that driver can return to live requests. After the assigned driver arrives, the driver loads your vehicle and transports it to your selected destination. At the destination, you pay the driver, and the driver completes and closes the Tow Ticket.
